From the design and manufacturing of self-adhesive labels, thermal transfer ribbons, barcode printers, scanners, adhesive tapes, and automation software, to the final stage of delivery, our mission is to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition, ready for use, and aligned with your expectations.
However, we recognize that there may be circumstances where a return, replacement, or refund is necessary. Our Return Policy has been designed to establish a clear, transparent, and fair framework for handling such situations.
By purchasing our products and engaging in business with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
This Return Policy applies to:
Domestic orders (within India).
International orders shipped outside India.
All products sold directly by Sheetal Enterprises, including but not limited to:
Labels and labeling materials.
Thermal transfer ribbons.
Adhesive tapes.
Barcode printers and scanners.
Automation software and accessories.
Spare parts and hardware tools.
It does not cover products sold through unauthorized third-party resellers or products that are not directly invoiced by Sheetal Enterprises.
Our Return Policy is based on the following principles:

Transparency – Clear rules ensure that customers know their rights and responsibilities.
Accountability – We take responsibility where errors are ours and expect the same accountability from customers.
Efficiency – Returns and refunds should be handled in a timely manner to minimize inconvenience.

Damaged Products
If products are received in a damaged condition due to transit or packaging issues, customers are eligible for a return.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
Defective Products
If a product is defective or not functioning as intended, it may be returned or replaced.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Shipments
If you receive the wrong product, size, or quantity, we will arrange for the correct shipment at no extra cost.
Software Solutions
Refunds are not applicable for delivered and activated software solutions.
However, if the software does not function as per the agreed scope, support and corrective measures will be provided.
Unopened, Unused Products
Products in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, may be returned within 7–10 days of receipt, subject to approval.
Certain products are non-returnable due to their nature:
Customized or personalized labels, tags, or tapes.
Opened rolls of thermal transfer ribbons or partially used tapes.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Software licenses once activated or downloaded.
Clearance or special-discount items marked as “non-returnable.”
Step 1 – Initiation
Customers must contact our support team via email or phone within the eligible time frame.
Details required: Invoice number, product details, reason for return, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
Step 2 – Evaluation
Our team reviews the request to determine eligibility.
For damaged or defective goods, further inspection may be requested.
Step 3 – Approval
If approved, customers will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
Step 4 – Shipping the Product Back
Products must be packed securely in their original packaging.
Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the error lies with Sheetal Enterprises.
Step 5 – Verification at Our Facility
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check.
Refunds or replacements will be initiated based on the findings.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
Timeline for Refunds
Standard refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
International refunds may take longer due to banking processes.
Partial Refunds
If only part of an order is returned, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
Deductions
Shipping costs, handling fees, or restocking charges may be deducted in specific cases where the return is not due to our error.
Eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost.
Replacement timelines depend on product availability:
Standard products: 3–7 business days (domestic).
Customized products: 10–21 business days.
International replacements: 10–30 business days depending on logistics.
To ensure smooth processing of returns, customers must:
Inspect products upon receipt and report issues immediately.
Retain original packaging, invoices, and accessories.
Follow shipping and packaging instructions when returning goods.
Cooperate with inspection and verification processes.
Customs & Duties
For international returns, customers must ensure that all customs declarations and duties are correctly managed.
Any charges incurred during return transit are the customer’s responsibility unless the error lies with Sheetal Enterprises.
Timeframes
Due to international logistics, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and goods must reach us within 30 days.
Bulk Orders
Returns for bulk industrial orders are handled differently and may require special agreements.
Software Licensing
As licenses are non-transferable, refunds are not applicable once activated. Instead, technical support will be provided.
Seasonal or Promotional Items
Special rules may apply to items purchased under promotions, discounts, or seasonal campaigns.
If disagreements arise regarding returns or refunds, our customer service team will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If unresolved, the issue may be escalated to senior management.
As a last resort, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
