Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed (via email, phone, website, or in person), our team verifies the details including product type, quantity, customization requirements, and payment confirmation.
For customized products (e.g., multicolor printed labels, sequential tags, or software integration), additional approval of design/layout may be required.
Processing Time
Standard products: 2–5 business days.
Customized/bulk orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the level of customization and order size.
Software solutions: Timelines vary based on client requirements, typically communicated during project initiation.
Cut-off Times
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
We recognize that many of our products such as labels, ribbons, and electronic devices are delicate and must be transported with care. Therefore:
Labels and ribbons are securely rolled, wrapped, and packed in moisture-resistant packaging.
Printers, scanners, and software kits are packed in their original manufacturer boxes, further reinforced with protective layers.
Fragile components are cushioned with bubble wrap, foam, or other protective fillers.
For bulk consignments, we use corrugated cartons, wooden crates, or pallets depending on the nature of goods.
Each package is labeled with customer details, handling instructions, and barcodes for tracking.
Our focus is to ensure that goods are delivered damage-free and ready for immediate use upon receipt.
We work with reliable courier partners, logistics providers, and freight companies for both domestic and international deliveries.
Domestic Shipping
Carriers: Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Professional Couriers, and other region-specific partners.
Transport: Road, rail, or air depending on urgency and customer preference.
International Shipping
Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and other trusted international freight providers.
Shipping methods: Standard air freight, express delivery, or sea cargo (for large industrial consignments).
Customer-Arranged Pickup
Clients have the option to arrange their own freight/courier pickup from our Ghaziabad factory or Ludhiana office.
Domestic (within India)
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days.
International
Standard air freight: 7–15 business days.
Express delivery: 3–7 business days.
Sea cargo: 15–45 business days depending on the destination.
Delays
While we strive to meet stated timelines, unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, customs clearance, or logistical challenges may occur. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed.
Every shipment is assigned a tracking number once dispatched.
Customers receive updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Our support team remains available for any queries regarding the status of delivery.
Domestic
Standard shipping charges are applied based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on bulk orders or promotional deals.
International
Costs are calculated based on volumetric weight, destination country, and chosen shipping method.
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Customer-Arranged Freight
In cases where customers arrange their own logistics, Sheetal Enterprises will not be responsible for freight charges, insurance, or risks once goods are handed over.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the courier or logistics provider.
For added security, customers may opt for insurance coverage at an additional cost.
We recommend insurance for high-value shipments (e.g., printers, bulk label rolls, industrial scanners).
Damaged Shipments
Customers are advised to check packages at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately and noted with the courier.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting photos/videos.
Lost Shipments
In rare cases of lost consignments, our team will coordinate with the courier to investigate.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the loss is officially confirmed.
Incorrect Shipments
If a wrong product or quantity is delivered, customers must notify us within 72 hours.
Correct items will be shipped at no extra cost after verification.
All international shipments are subject to local laws, customs inspections, and import duties.
The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges.
We provide all necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates if applicable) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
For smooth delivery, customers must:

Ensure availability of authorized personnel to receive deliveries.
Notify us in advance of any restrictions (e.g., specific delivery timings, entry permits for factories).
Failure to provide accurate details may result in delays or failed deliveries, for which Sheetal Enterprises will not be responsible.
Sheetal Enterprises is not liable for shipping delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes.

Transportation or customs disruptions.
Pandemic-related restrictions.
